FAQ & troubleshooting

Is SendSeven for HubSpot on the HubSpot Marketplace?

Not yet — it's currently in early access. Email [email protected] to have it enabled for your workspace.

Which SendSeven plans support this?

Any plan that includes Conversations, Contacts, and Campaigns — in practice, every plan except API Only. A few individual cards (like the message Scheduler) may also depend on a specific feature being enabled on your plan; see Availability.

Can I control which direction contacts sync?

Yes. From Settings → Integrations → HubSpot, choose bidirectional, HubSpot → SendSeven only, SendSeven → HubSpot only, or off. See How sync works.

A contact shows "Conflict" on the Sync card — what does that mean?

It means SendSeven couldn't automatically reconcile a change between the two systems for that contact. Open the contact and use Sync now to retry, or update the contact directly on whichever side should be treated as correct.

Does messaging a contact from a HubSpot card use up my SendSeven usage?

Yes — a message sent via a HubSpot card counts the same toward your plan's usage as any message sent from the SendSeven app or API directly.

Can I reuse a media file I already uploaded to a different template?

Not yet — each upload today is a one-off. A reusable media library is being finalized; see Uploading media.

Why can't I schedule a plain-text WhatsApp message for later?

WhatsApp requires an approved template for any message sent outside an active 24-hour conversation window, so a future scheduled WhatsApp send always uses a template rather than free text. See Scheduler.

I don't see a SendSeven item in HubSpot's left navigation — is that a bug?

No — HubSpot doesn't allow third-party apps to add a persistent item to its own navigation. Open the embedded inbox from a contact record's cards, or from the Marketplace icon in HubSpot's top navigation → your installed apps. See The embedded inbox.

What data does SendSeven request access to in HubSpot?

See the full scopes table — SendSeven only requests what each active feature actually needs.

Something isn't working, or I have a feature request

This integration is early access and we're actively iterating on it. Email [email protected] with what you're seeing (or what you'd like to see) — we read every message.
